| The Four Nations |
| The Northern Water Tribe
Hidden withing the North Pole is the Northern Water Tribe. The inner city is built from thick walls of ice and the streets are made of water. Ever since the end of the war, women have been allowed to waterbend, and men have started to learn how to heal. The icy walls have been repaired, and any member of the water nation is welcome to enter the great city.

| Ba Sing Se
Located within the great walls of Ba Sing Se is the earth kingdom capital. This city was once indestructible, but was disproved of this theory after the final attack of the fire nation. Today this great city has been repaired, and the city is just as great as it had been many years ago. Refugees no longer come for protection from the fire nation, though the city is still very full from those who came many years ago. A new queen has been established to keep things in order, and has done a great job doing so.

| Fire Nation Capital (1 sub-board)
Situated inside a hollow volcanic crater at the very heart of the continent, the Capital city is home to royalty of the Fire Nation, most significantly the Fire Lord and his family. At the center lies the Fire Lord's palace and surrounding it are numerous homes and shops that cater to the Fire Nation's elite class. Commoners are not permitted to enter the Capital city, save by the rare invitation of the Fire Lord. Today however, the rules have changed, and Fire Lord Zuko has declared that now any member of the fire nation may enter the capital.

| Southern Air Temple
Located in the remote Patola mountain range, it is said to be only accessible by flying bison. This temple was abandoned for over 100 years, until the return of the airbenders. The temple houses an airball arena, and primarily served as a training ground for young airbenders. The great doors and mechanisms are only operable through airbending, and what is inside can only be seen by those who hold its heritage.

| Across the Nations |
| The Southern Water Tribe
Positioned on an arctic shoreline, the Southern Water Tribe is surrounded by a low, circular snow wall. Inside are eight residential tents, arranged semi-circularly around a fire pit. There is a giant igloo next to the east wall. A handful of smaller ones cluster at the north wall.

| The City of Omashu
The city of Omashu sits within a mountain range, surrounded on all sides by steep canyons and an enormous gorge, with the only way to its gates being a narrow path across. Goods and supplies are transported throughout the city that uses earthbending and gravity to move carts along varius ramps and chutes.

| Crescent Island (2 sub-boards)
The Crescent Island is a volcanic island on the outskirts of the Fire Nation. The Fire Temple was the only structure on the island. The temple was built on the island so that it aligned with the solstices and equinoxes. Fire Sages once used this temple to worship avatar Roku, but today they have abandoned the temple. A sanctuary for Roku is located on this island as well.

| The Western Air Temple
The Western Air Temple is located closest to Fire Nation territory than the other air temples. The temple is unique in that it's situated on the underside of a cliff rather than at top of a mountain, with structures built downward. It contains a giant Pai Sho board and the Hall of Day-Long Echoes, as well as a hall of statues dedicated to the past avatars, though Aang's statue is not there.

| National Bending Academy
In order to help regain balance in the world, Avatar Aang came up with the idea for a school. This school is unique to what many people are used to. People ages six to eighteen from every nation are allowed to attend this school, which offers teaching to all students about the history of all four nations and all four elements. The school inside is like a typical school, classrooms containing neat rows of desks. A large cafeteria where students can sit and eat. However, where this school differs from others is the fact that the children from all the nations are taught in classrooms combined with those from different nations. Avatar Aang believed that this would help the world better understand each other in the time of peace. The only time that the nations divide is for a class at the end of the day where they are taught their bending forms by masters of their element. During this class the stundents can practice the proper forms of their bending, for those who cannot bend, they are taught swordsmanship and other skills by masters as well.

| The Expansion |
| Misty Palms Oasis
This is the last place to rest up, buy or trade anything before venturing into the desert, making it the proper place to stock up on supplies. The cantina's trademark is its selection of frozen beverages, served up by its skilled bartender who dices the fruit with two swords. The ice is carved from a iceberg just outside the pub at the center of the oasis, which for the most part is still preserved beneath the hot desert sand. A series of storms have brought it back to life making it lush and beautiful once again.

| Cave of Two Lovers
This cave was once used by Oma and Shu, two lovers who would secretly meet in these tunnels because their towns were fuding and they could not be together. The cave has a series of labrynths that were carved by the two earth benders, as well as from badger moles which still reside in the caves. It has been rumored that only those who trust and love will make it through, though there is another secret as well...

| Island of Kyoshi
This island was seperated from the mainland of the Earth Kingdom by avatar Kyoshi when Chin the Great tried to take over their peninsula. Because the warriors from this island left to fight in the war, the island is up for grabs for whatever nation wishes to claim it. It is isolated from the rest of the world and is of reasonable size. Though the people still living their only ask that the statue of avatar Kyoshi as well as her sanctuary in peace.

| Northern Air Temple
High in the mountainous Northern coast of the Earth Kingdom resides the Northern Air Temple. It was home to the Flying Bison polo championships in the days when the monks lived in it. Decades after the extermination of the monks, the temple was rediscovered by the Mechanist and his group of refugees. The Mechanist used the gliders within to give his paraplegic son Teo a new life in the air. Today the people living there are from all different nations, still looking for a dominant nation to look over them.

| Forest of Inferno
This forest is located somewhere in the fire nation territory, though this nation has not yet discovered its existance. A small river cuts through the forest, and the trees form a canopy that let in little to no sunlight. A few hog monkies run through this forest, as well as other animals such as rough rhinos.

| Off the Map |
| Whale Tail Island
This island is located close to the South Pole, with a group of water benders living on its shores. It is realitively small, being about five square miles long. Leopard seals make their home on the iceburgs off of its shores, and the island is almost all ice, rock and snow. Few know of this distant island, but occasionally visiters from the other nations walk its shores.

| The Great Divide
This territory is the world's largest canon. It was used by refugees to get to Ba Sing Se in one piece, so they could get away from the fire nation. Today many Earth Benders wander this canyon to test their skills, and battle canyon crawlers in their spare time. Some other benders and warriors dare to enter this canyon, but many are not able to exit the same way they entered.

| The Desert
Sand, sand and more sand. And... more sand. That is about it located in this desert. The old library has been burried beneath the sand, and there is a mark of where it once was. Cactii are scattered across the sand, but be warned, do not drink the water inside. Creatures lurk in and on the sand as well, and there is almost no other water or rocks to use as bending. Because of this, mainly fire benders and air benders wander this vast desert.

| Eastern Air Temple
The last and final air temple is used by anyone of any nation. It cannot be claimed, but many sky bison and lemurs wander around the temple. The only way to get to the temple is by a flying bison, though for whatever reason other ways of getting to the temple have been discovered, for earth, fire, and water benders also make this temple their home.
